Structural Inspector applicants must have at least 3 years real world experience writing Inspection Reports, and in-depth knowledge of structures and construction means & methods. Must be able to draw an as-built, identify structural concerns or deficiencies, have word processing skills, be articulate, and be comfortable writing an inspection report.

This job is part-time and has a hybrid work structure. 2 days in the field, 1 day in the office, 1 day at home.
